Ukraine and Moldova will create a joint committee that will develop solutions for the protection of the ecological system of the Dniester River. At the same time, Ukraine does not intend to abandon the construction of hydropower plants on the Dniester but will inform the Republic of Moldova regarding the construction of hydropower plants and the necessary environmental standards.
