If the presidential elections were to be held next Sunday, the Party of Socialists of the Republic of Moldova (PSRM) candidate, Igor Dodon would gather 33.5 %, followed by the Democratic Party of Moldova (PDM) nominee, Marian Lupu with 12.7 % and on third and fourth positions are Maia Sandu with 12.1 % and Andrei Nastase with 11.5 % respectively, followed by Iurie Leanca with 7 %. The candidate of "Our Party", Dmitry Ciubashenco would get 4.4 % and Mihai Ghimpu - 1.4 %.

The poll was conducted from September 29 to October 9, 2016 on a representative sample of 1847 people and has a margin of error of +/- 2.3 percent.

Intellect Group also says that during the survey 52.3 % of respondents claim that "will certainly vote", 35.2 % - are almost sure, 5.2 % - will not be present and 7.3% - do not know.

Intellect Group representatives also noted that the growth trend continues at two candidates, namely, it is about Igor Dodon and Marian Lupu. Maia Sandu and Andrei Nastase remain at the same level like Dmitrii Ciubashenco and Iurie Leanca and Mihai Ghimpu.

If the presidential elections were to be held next Sunday, for PSRM would vote 25.3 percent, PDM would get 12.9 %, PAS - 12.4 %, PPDA - 10.4 %, PN - 7.3% PCRM - 5.3%, PPEM - 2.8%, PL - 1.4%, Ravnopravie - 0.8%, PLDM - 0,7%, "The Right" Party - 0.1%, PNL - 0.0 %
