Ten candidates submitted their financial reports for the first two weeks since the start of the presidential campaign. Thus, Marian Lupu spent the most: over 15 million lei, by donations title, and the least - Andrei Nastase, for whom no one donated.
According to the reports published on the website of the Central Electoral Commission (CEC), for Marian Lupu have donated 1,042 individuals. The amount of donations is 15.37045 million lei. For advertising, PDM leader spent 15,111,874 lei.
Second place is occupied by the "Our Party" candidate, the journalist Dumitru Ciubaşenco. For his campaign have donated 257 people, and the total amount is 4.93146 million lei. For the campaign were spent 3,849,011 lei.
Mihai Ghimpu, the candidate for the Presidential chair appointed by the Liberal Party, donated seven people, including the leader. The amount of donations is 2,602 million lei. He is followed by the candidate of "Ravnopravie" Movement Inna Popenco. Three companies affiliated to Orhei mayor, Ilan Shor (Avantage LLC., DFI LLC. and Dufremol LLC.) donated to her 2,202,494 lei.
The 5th place is occupied by Igor Dodon who reported donations to the CEC in the amount of 2.0633 million lei, received from 125 people.
For her election campaign, the independent candidate Silvia Radu used only personal money. She and her husband have donated to the presidential campaign promotion 1.890.650 lei.
The PAS leader, Maia Sandu declared donations amounting 80.767 lei, received from the party and an economic agent, and the Deputy Valeriu Ghileţchi reported 64 000 lei, received from his son, Eugen Ghiletchi.
The Political Party "Platform Dignity and Truth" and its candidate Andrei Nastase presented the financial report with "0" donations and respectively expenses, and the team of the leader of the "Right" Party, Ana Gutu, were unable to open a bank account for the campaign.
At the same time, we underline that Iurie Leanca and Maia Laguta have yet to submit financial reports to the CEC.
