The Supreme Court of Justice refused to consider the case "Diaspora vs. Republic of Moldova". The information was confirmed by lawyer of Diaspora, Eduard Digore.

"It was not admissible, but we do not know the causes. We will take note of the motivation; then we come up with a response," Digore noted, Unimedia writes.

In the decision issued on December 6, magistrates Iulia Cimpoi, Natalia Simciuc and Victor Pruteanu bring more explanation of suggesting that both electoral bodies and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Government had acted according to the law in relation to Moldovans who were unable to vote.

Among others, the Electoral Council of Chisinau Constituency acted correctly when, by decisions of 16 and 17 November "took note" of the 4,000 complaints filed by people who failed to vote without commenting this topic.
