In 2016, MPs analyzed 10 motions on Government's work and all of them were rejected by Parliament. The data is contained in the statistical balance sheet of the legislative process in 2016.

According to the Press Service of the Parliament, during 2016, at the request of MPs, were held three parliamentary hearings. The main topics discussed concerned the results of the subscription lists' verification for the constitutional referendum, measures undertook to reduce the danger of flooding and support citizens who have suffered from them, food for children in preschool and educational institutions in the country. MPs requested information from several institutions and relevant authorities and made several proposals.

In 2016, according to the legislation in force, 20 activity reports were submitted to Parliament by institutions of public administration and those under parliamentary control. It is the Broadcasting Coordinating Council, the Central Election Commission, Court of Auditors, National Center for the Protection of Personal Data, Council for the Prevention and Elimination of Discrimination and Ensuring Equality, National Bank, National Integrity Commission, Competition Council, Superior Council of Magistracy and so on. Out of 20 reports, 8 were examined by the Parliament.

Statistical balance sheet of the legislative process shows that, during 2016, six special committees of inquiry and 3 working groups operated in the Parliament.
