Four persons, who include the chairman of the Orhei Local Organization of the Political Party „Platform Dignity and Truth” (PPDA) Ion Levinta, announced that they decided to leave the party. In a news conference at IPN, these said the PPDA no longer represents them and they no longer trust the party’s leader Andrei Nastase, who, according to them, only profits from the work of the people and pursues the exclusive goal of gaining power.

According to Ion Levinta, the Orhei Local Organization from the very beginning divided into two groups– one that consisted of honest people who want to combat the oligarchic regime and another own formed of controversial persons characterized by party switching and even individuals with a criminal record. Though this division was evident, Nastase gave his support to the discredited group and tried to promote this to the administration of the local organization. But the honest camp opposed and this didn’t happen.

Ion Levinta noted that the organization in Orhei is one of the largest ones. Since it was set up, the members of the organization have worked a lot, but the party’s leaders promote only the personal interests and profit from the work of ordinary people. Andrei Nastase is a false leader related to the Topa brothers, who aim to come to power at all costs in order to get rid of criminal liability.

Ion Levinta accused Andrei Nastase of not travelling to districts and villages to find out what the people think about the leaders of the PPPDA. He considers that Andrei Nastase no longer represents the platform based on which the people who wanted to change things in the country and to fight to oligarchic system united.

According to Ion Levinta, only four persons intend to leave the party for now, but they are sure that more members will join in with them the coming days because these are dissatisfied with the created situation and the dictatorial attitude of the party chiefs.
