The former Liberal Democrat, Calin Vieru, is part of the team of the former Defense Minister, Anatol Salaru, who handles the creation of the National Unity Party. An announcement to this effect was made by Salaru at the "The point on today" show from TVR.

Also, Salaru said that holds discussions with other Liberal Democrat members who are willing to contribute to the creation of PUN.

On the same show, Salaru admitted that he would like in his project also the President of the Constitutional Court, Alexandru Tanase. However, the former minister said that now can not afford to address to Tanase, because he is a member of the Constitutional Court.

Anatol Salaru also said that his new party - the National Unity Party - may merge with the Party "DREAPTA" also led by a former Liberal, Ana Gutu. The initiative group on creation of PUN will be presented in two weeks, and the congress will decide if his party will or will not be unionist.

Deschide.MD reminds you that PL withdrew the political support for Anatol Salaru at the end of last year, and President Igor Dodon signed the decree on his dismissal from the Minister of Defence. However, Salaru has resigned from all management functions of the PL.
