The Broadcasting Coordination Council (BCC) has announced a contest to distribute the available radio frequencies 883 MHz, 100.2 MHz and 105.0 MHz.
According to BCC, for two of these frequencies expired the validity term of broadcasting licenses issued to broadcasters Plus FM Sângerei and Bas FM Basarabeasca. Frequencies are open to competition because Bas FM Basarabeasca has not asked for an extension of the broadcasting license and the other broadcaster submitted te request too late, IPN reports.
In addition, the Ministry of Information Technology and Communications asked BCC to announce the competition for the frequency 88.3 MHz which has coverage in Panasesti village, Straseni district.
