Igor Dodon and Vadim Krasnoseliski met at the State Residence from Holercani to discuss several issues related to the Transnistrian problem. After a formal discussion with the participation of all members of the two delegations, Dodon and Krasnoseliski retreated for a "tete-a-tete" discussion.

"Dear Vadim Nicolaevici, colleagues, friends. I am happy to greet you. I welcome our second meeting this year... l suggest to discuss all topics, to make an exchange of views on the package of measures which was discussed on January 4th, but also to approach the subject on Cuciurgan-Pervomaisk. At the same time, we come with proposals on several topics related to infrastructure and that are important to residents of Moldova and Transnistria", said Dodon in the beginning of the meeting.

In turn Krasnoseliski said that the dialogue should continue.

"It is a platform to solve specific problems, but not for settle accounts ... In principle, we are ready to discuss all mentioned topics", he said.

We remind you that the package approved by Dodon with Krasnoseliski provides eight measures (four from the right bank, rest, from the left side). The measures relates to the reestablishment of fixed telephony between the two banks of the river; the application of document approval of the mechanism for graduation of University "T. Shevchenko" from Tiraspol; issuing car license plates, owners of which have their residence in settlements in Transnistria; the restoration of agricultural land processing mechanisms for inhabitants of Dubasari district villages; functioning mechanism of the 8 schools, which is in the Transnistrian region; introduce a moratorium to the criminal cases on both sides initiated against public figures; opening of the bridge over the Dniester between the villages Gura Bacului- and Baciok.

According to the Presidency, the mentioned points may be implemented in a unified package, with the help of mediators and observers from the "5+2" format.
